Donated gift certificates have the following restrictions: Reservations must be made within 30 days prior to arrival. Not valid for group reservations, on holidays, special events, or from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. All other days are based on availability. Must present the certificate to redeem its value. Multiple nights and other inclusions must be redeemed consecutively. Not replaceable if the original is lost, destroyed, or expired. The value of the certificate cannot be exchanged or refunded for any other goods, services, or cash.
